This product works well with my cross stitch projects.
My only caveat is that it is a little too heavy for me to attach it to my hoop while working. Might work for others tho. I have put it on my page of symbols instead. This is set up on a magnetic board so the light will stick anywhere I put it, or can be clamped on also. Will work very well attached to the edge of floor or lap stand set up.
The light is great and who doesn't need a little more magnification from time to time.

I own this craft light & like it a lot! The teal color is very pretty, too. It comes with 3 AAA batteries. The 2 LED lights are bright; you have the option of using both lights at the same time or one at a time. The adjustable magnifying glass is very clear. The base has a strong magnet in it, is heavy, and can be removed if you want to take advantage of the clip. The magnetic base will work with the Mighty Bright XtraFlex2 Craft Light - Green (this is one of the colors it comes in), too. The light will also stand w/o the base. It seems too heavy to clip onto a paperback book, but could be clipped onto a coat, a sheet (if you're reading in bed), a headboard, a purse...well, you get the idea. An adapter can be purchased if you don't want to use batteries Mighty Bright AC/DC Adapter 110V & 120V . This is a nifty light.

I got this one as a gift and own one in purple! I LOVE THEM! When I added the power adapter, it has become an even bigger favorite in portable lighting! It packs up nice and compact and travels or stays home in high style while lighting my work and providing me the larger view so that I don't miss any details! With the added convertibility of clipping it on or letting the magnet stand do the holding, it is so very convenient, too!
